Mark Turnquest- Founder
Originally from Nassau, Mark moved to Abaco in 2013 for a fresh start and promoted ICF on the Island. His passion for entrepreneurship and growth spurred him on to continue his education, he is also a Certified International Project Manager (CIPM) with 16 years experience in ICF, also an active member of the Bahamas Chamber of Commerce, and Business Networking Community. As Senior Project Manager, Mark is responsible for seeking opportunities that fit with Green Capital's scope of work, and helping the Operations team execute them. Mark is OSHA certified.
Fertina Turnquest - Director
As Project Planning & Production Director, Fertina is responsible for management oversight for all Construction on Management and Operations. Fertina is an Island Girl born and raised in Nassau, and was literally born into the Construction business. She has obtained a wealth of knowledge in dealing with International clientele as she has 25 years of corporate, private banking and wealth management experience. Fertina is responsible for ensuring our clients get excellent care and service from start to finish. She loves engaging people as she is also a graduate of Bahama Host Program and participated in People to People (Ministry of Tourism). She is OSHA certified.

James Ryan - Consultant
James Ryan, who has over 25 years experience in ICF, ICF Interlocking Beams and is the Technical Advisor and ICF Footing System Consultant for Green Capital Construction.
