" Linear " PMLC model or a " Incremental PMLC model " . Projects using a Linear PMLC model can not have " deviations ", such as " Scope Changes ". Request for Changes/Change Orders, can cause major problems To the project schedule. This model is used for Infrastructure projects mostly.
